By accessing Hookest, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use Hookest on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Hookest is a research and analysis platform for short-form videos, advertising creatives, and social media hooks. It helps creators and marketers discover content, explore trends, analyze creative techniques, generate AI-powered videos, and develop ideas for their own campaigns.

Depending on your plan and feature availability, Hookest offers a hook library, saved collections, trend insights, AI-powered video analysis, AI video generation, Competitor Listening, newsletters, and AI assistant integrations.

Hookest is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You may use Hookest for lawful research, creative inspiration, and content development.

You may not:

• Scrape, systematically extract, or bulk-download the library without authorization.
• Copy the library to create a competing product or database.
• Resell access or share your account without permission.
• Bypass security measures or usage limits.
• Use unauthorized automated tools or violate third-party rights.

Officially supported integrations, including Hookest's MCP server, may be used within their authorized permissions and limits.

Hookest provides access to publicly available videos, images, captions, and other materials from third-party social media platforms.

All intellectual property rights remain with the original creators and respective rights holders. Hookest does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Where download functionality is available, users may download short opening segments of videos rather than the full original content. These excerpts are provided for creative research, inspiration, and analysis.

Users may apply the creative techniques and ideas they discover to their own original content.

Downloading a hook does not automatically grant permission to republish, redistribute, or commercially reuse copyrighted third-party material. Users are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses before using protected content.

If you are a rights holder and believe that content available through Hookest infringes your rights, please contact contact@hookest.com.

Include a link to the content, a description of the rights involved, and information demonstrating your ownership or authorization.

We will review requests and take appropriate action, including removing or restricting content where warranted.

The Hookest name, branding, interface, original software, library organization, and proprietary analyses belong to Inolyzer LLC or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to these Terms and your plan. No ownership rights are transferred.

If you upload videos, images, or other materials for analysis or AI video generation, you retain ownership of your content, subject to third-party rights.

By uploading images, videos, or other reference materials for AI video generation, you confirm that you own these materials or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use them for this purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that such use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

You grant Inolyzer LLC and its authorized service providers a limited right to store and process submitted materials as necessary to provide the requested functionality, including AI video generation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and process such materials.

You are responsible for the videos you generate with Hookest and for how you publish them.

You may not use AI video generation to depict real people without their consent, imitate other brands or use their logos, make false or misleading claims about a product, or create content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or against the policies of the platforms where you publish.

AI-generated videos may contain errors. Review them before publishing, and label them as AI-generated where the law or the platform requires it.

We may refuse or stop a generation that breaks these rules.

Hookest may provide trend indicators, creative scores, AI-generated analyses, and AI video generation tools based on available information and automated processing.

These results are approximate research signals and should not be treated as verified advertising performance data or guaranteed predictions.

AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies. Hookest does not guarantee specific views, engagement, conversions, revenue, or other business outcomes.

When using AI video generation features, users acknowledge that uploaded reference images, videos, prompts, and other submitted materials may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing and content generation.

These providers may temporarily store submitted materials, generated outputs, and related data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Storage durations may vary depending on the provider and the services used.

Users are responsible for evaluating insights before making creative or business decisions.

Hookest may connect with supported AI assistants, including ChatGPT and Claude, through its MCP server.

Connected services may access Hookest information according to the permissions you authorize. You can manage or revoke supported connections through your account settings.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Data shared through integrations is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Hookest may offer free access, paid subscriptions, lifetime deals, and promotional offers.

Prices, included features, usage limits, and billing conditions are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Certain features, including AI video generation, operate on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access eligible features and are deducted based on the applicable usage requirements. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.

Credits included with the Pro plan are renewed monthly according to the applicable billing cycle. If an AI video generation attempt fails due to a technical error, the credits deducted for that unsuccessful attempt will be returned to the user's account.

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the accepted billing terms unless canceled. Monthly usage allowances reset according to the applicable plan.

For purchases made through third-party marketplaces, the specific offer terms and included features also apply.

Lifetime deals provide the access and benefits described in the purchased offer, subject to its stated conditions and usage limits. A lifetime purchase does not automatically create a recurring subscription.

Changes to these Terms do not, by themselves, remove rights expressly granted under an existing purchased offer.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the applicable purchase terms, marketplace procedures, and mandatory consumer protection laws.

Hookest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update features, improve functionality, or modify the content library. Third-party platform changes may also affect content availability.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Changes affecting purchased entitlements remain subject to the applicable offer terms and mandatory legal requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inolyzer LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business outcomes resulting from the use of Hookest.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protection rights.

You may stop using Hookest at any time and request account deletion by contacting contact@hookest.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights. Where appropriate, we will provide notice before taking action.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Termination does not automatically eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or business operations.

The date above indicates the latest version. We will notify users of material changes affecting their rights where required by law.
